The Friar’s Cellar (1962-1991) was a popular London restaurant, owned and operated by brothers Eddie (1929-2012) and Fred Escaf (1933-2004), active members of the city’s Lebanese community.

She is CEO of North Moore Catering, and the owner of London restaurants Craft Farmacy, River Room Cafe, and the Rhino Lounge Bakery.
