Response

The Perrins lived in a time when an artisan could profess their craft, knowing that consumers wouldn’t shy away from luxury being incorporated into food. In modern society, he/she still invests into taste and also visual effect in food.

A bittersweet time we live in, as many starve in our world and yet, society still looks away, indulging in luxury foods, expensive dinners or a gold covered Chocolate Easter Egg made in Paris.

Sad times or simply modern life?
